On the afternoon of October 25, 2018, Dr. Harald Beschorner, President of Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management GmbH (FOM) of Essen, Germany, and Professor Du Caiqin, President of Tangshan Normal University, attended meetings and signing ceremony at the Sino-German International College of the German-Chinese Association for Educational and Cultural Exchanges.

Professor Du Caiqin, the president of our univeristy, introduced the principal on the school’s academic program, the establishment of disciplines and specialties, and the training of teachers to Harald Beschorner. Professor Harald Beschorner introduced the characteristics, advantages and scientific research of FOM. The two sides held a signing ceremony after friendly talk on the development and construction of advantageous disciplines, the cultivation of students, the further promotion of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools and the exchange of visits among students.
