Wang Zhongqun, director of Hebei Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, Liu Hongwei and Chang Wenli, deputy directors came to Tangshan Normal University for working guidance accompanied by Yang Jingyuan, director of Tangshan Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs. Wang Ying, Secretary of the Party Committee, Sun Lijun, Vice President of Tangshan Normal University, and other staff of Personnel Department and International Exchange Center also attended the symposium.

Secretary Wang Ying first introduced the basic situation of our university and some relevant circumstance of International Exchange Center to the directors. Vice President, Sun Lijun introduced the development history of our university. Li Lina, director of International Exchange Center made a report on the construction of the intelligence platform, the construction of “One Belt, One Road”, the international construction of teachers, the introduction of foreign talents and so on.

Director Wang Zhongqun highly appreciated the overall work of our university, and put forward some guidance on the international exchange and cooperation of our university based on the key work of the construction of the intelligence platform of university, the management of foreign talents, the introduction of high-end talents, and the training projects abroad in Hebei Province. The deputy director, Liu Hongwei and Chang Wenli, in combination with foreign expert service, publicity and report work, international exchange and promotion of academic research, made specific guidance to our university’s work. Director Yang Jingyuan put forward some suggestions for our university’s related work based on the foreign experts affairs of Tangshan.
